Propre, confortable, près du centre-ville, qualité de la décoration intérieure.

Prix élevé, complexité d'accès, communication laborieuse avec la conciergerie, fenêtre donnant sur containers à poubelles bruyamment vidées le matin, règlement intérieur pénible, nombreuses instructions peu aimables pour le check-out. Caution (empreinte bancaire) libérée longtemps après la date de départ sans raison ni information.

Appartement vraiment spacieux, TV très grand écran et cheminée électrique du plus bel effet. Emplacement à 10 minutes à pieds du centre-ville.

Cuisine bien équipée en verres,assiettes etc mais pourquoi ne pas avoir mis une taque à induction pour pouvoir cuisiner un minimum? Il y a bien un micro-ondes mais pas idéal pour se faire une omelette ou un œuf le matin!

Quel petit déjeuner?

L'accueil de la conciergerie est nulle et longue à joindre. Nous avons patienté 20 minutes sous la pluie avant d'avoir un code d'accès au prétexte que nous n'avions pas déposé de dépôt de garantie que personne ne nous avait jamais demandé à la réservation. Nulle part dans l'annonce, il est précisé qu'il faut escalader un escalier monumental de 25 marches mal éclairé où il faut trimbaler sa valise avant d'arriver à la porte d'entrée. Ayant la chambre numéro un au rez-de-chaussée en bout de couloir, il faut son téléphone pour éclairer la serrure numérique sur laquelle il faut taper un code de neuf chiffres sur des touches de 3 mm de diamètre. Inutile de préciser qu'il faut d'excellentes lunettes. En ce qui concerne le lit, un des oreillers sentait la cigarette et le siphon du lavabo n'a pas dû être nettoyé depuis longtemps car l'eau a réellement du mal à s'écouler. L'annonce est ambiguë car on croit avoir choisi un véritable hôtel et non un RBNB qui n'a pas répondu aux questions posées lors de la réservation. A part tout ça, l'appartement aurait pu être sympa!

Magnifique décoration et agencement , très confortable et de qualité juste quelques détails à revoir

Les explications pour l'arrivée sont parfaite, facile à comprendre et l'appartement est magnifique, la décoration superbe, l'agencement nickel, bravo, il est très confortable et fonctionnel également :) Le parking privé est un véritable plus L'endroit est au calme La hauteur sur plafond est très agréable

quelques petits bémols: Une seule serviette par personne c'est un peu juste, manquerai un tapis de bain surtout que le sol est hyper glissant en sortant de la douche, un plus pas négligeable. La robinetterie est belle mais trop fragile je pense qu'elle ne fera pas longtemps dommage Manque d'évacuation du lavabo de la salle de bain , cela fait beaucoup de bruit quand l'eau s'évacue et pas du tout agréable lors du lavage des dents l'eau qui stagne.... Avec une belle cuisine comme vous avez c'est triste qu'elle soit si vide....Dans l'idéal mettre: 2 torchons, un rouleau d'essui tout, sel poivre et le top 1 plaque induction pour ceux qui restent 2/3 jours....une poubelle de recyclage et du thé pour ceux qui ne boivent pas de café.... Enfin l'eau chaude est vraiment brulante peut être un petit réglage à faire sur le chauffe eau. Mais sinon RAS
