We both loved it and will happily stay again in the future

Very nice little flat, very cosy and well maintained. Information about stay was brilliant with the help book, very handy.

The shower is very weak and the bed is very squeaky! Apart from that, can't complain, except for the weather, rain and beach closed lol

Nice..comfortable property but came with a few issues

Property was very modern looking and comfortable…Views from the front window were lovely and you could often see swimmers or canoes out on the water..The bed was very nice to sleep in and I loved the quirky little ducks in each room …I would stay again if the property owner addressed some issues

Too much DNA in the bathroom(a lot of hairs from previous guests) I have a bit of OCD so that freaking me out. There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom for least 4 days smelt like rotten cabbages(had to put all the fragrance reeds in the bathroom) massive dust hanging down from one of the radiators and the front window popped out when trying to close it which caused significant pain to an already torn shoulder, I was in agony for 4 days..while the property owner admitted this was dangerous and booking.com did absolutely nothing to address this with the owner..even tho photos have been provided..all it needed was a simple bit of signage to say this can happen by the window to warn people, had I have been a small child or a bit frail then this could have resulted in something a bit more serious…O and one more thing you are asked to strip the beds..empty the bins and leave the place nice and clean and tidy (we always do) so why are you charged a £64 cleaning fee? Bit over dramatic when you’ve done most of the cleaners work!

Literally a lovely little gem!

Great location, stunning views of Swanage. Easy to get to and the host was a great communicator. Situated above a bar and across the road from a fab fish restaurant, however not noisy. We slept great.

Summer time and the livins easy

I loved the location ,looking out over the sea .The Apartment was very well appointed,Nicely Furnished and decorated.

The Only Downside for me was that there was a pub directly Beneath the apartment that was very noisy until 12.00 midnight.I had walked the SWCP during the day so could've done with an early night ,but hey ho next time I visit hopefully I will have more energy and it will me down there keeping someone else awake !😉☺️

Fabulous flat in brilliant location.

Great location and lovely, comfortable flat. Stunning sea views. Very well equipped. Extremely comfy bed and nicely decorated. Interesting history as it was originally a hotel.

Bath was a little tricky to get in and out of - but great to have a bath and not just a shower.

Good location, easy self check in and out, good-sized apartment, bed was comfortable

Apartment was not very clean (grease stains on surfaces, stains on towels, dust on surfaces, washing machine was very dirty (and no washing liquid available for it), stained fridge inside, etc. On top of that, they did ask us to leave everything clean and tidy (more so than we are used in other holiday apartments), only 1 dishwasher tab was provided for a longer stay, quite some noise from downstairs bar, place looks more run down compared to the pictures provided.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and in a great location.

I think it's a squeeze for 4 people if you stay more than a couple of nights. But it worked fine for us for two nights. As others have mentioned, it can get a bit noisy on Saturday nights, but it didn't go on that late.

It was fine for a short break.

Internally it was reasonably clean and comfy, Kitchen had all we needed. Bed was OK but not great, saying that, we all want a different bed. Lounge seating offered good support.

An oven that has no detail left by the knobs, you cannot see temperature or if you turn on the grill or oven, first meal burnt. Likewise with the dishwasher. Advertised with parking, this is pot luck, 20 apartments and 8 parking spaces, so pot luck and on road parking £20 a day. Great view but the windows are filthy, covered in gull shit outside and dirt inside, not been cleaned in an age.

Loved everything about this property. The views are incredible, we were particularly lucky with the weather at time of our stay. Modern apartment with everything you would need. Close to shops, restaurants and bars.

If I have to give just one negative it would be the waterproof mattress protector as this made me very hot. We did hear some noise from bars below but it didn’t bother us, and ear plugs were provided if it became a problem.

The location was perfect. The apartment was well equipped with tasteful decor.

Instructions regarding the key fob would have been useful and exact location of the bin store. Parking is also hit and miss as although the parking is supposedly for residents only, no one adheres to this.

Parking was a bit problematic (only a few spaces for residents on a first come first served basis and otherwise local car parks/ street parking); however, given the great central location this was understandable and would not be a reason not to book again. The TV only had access to live tv via each app and was overall slightly annoying to use, but this was a minor issue.

Absolutely stunning apartment, The location and the view are1st class

The location of this Property is just amazing, the view is 1st class, and you probably will not get a better view anywhere else. The apartment was just perfect. Everything was homely and very well decorated and laid out.

The only issue we had was very, very minor, the cooker display has worn off, so we had to Google the cooker instructions to know what cooking setting to use.

Great location and very modern, comfortable apartment.

The property is above “busy pub” which is not a problem at all as chatting and laughing people are not a issue, however some nights this pub becomes a “night club” with very loud music till early morning. Grateful to the property owner for leaving an earplugs on the bed side table.

You need to stay there!

A lovely apartment, great host, so clean and spacious. Wonderful view and access to everything, bars, restaurants, takeaways and shops. An instant beach outside and beautiful walks to enjoy. I really wish I had booked longer. Value for money. We will definitely stay again!

A cozy wooden cabin home made over many years and upgraded for paying guests . In a sloping field away from the host’s house and looking toward endless acres of Monmouthshire forest. Mysterious standing stones in the next village near a good pub.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. Easy access to all the bars, shops, restaurants, and across the road from the beach. Apartment was clean and had all you need for your stay with a comfortable bed too. Parking out front wasn't really available for our stay but you can park down the side roads for free which are a little walk away.

Perfect in Purbeck

Everything was first class. Very comfortable and well equipped for self catering. The location is outstanding with great sea views. Everything you need, pubs, restaurants and shopping all on hand. We shall definitely return.

Great stay but please be upfront re. Parking

A lovely flat, with great facilities and views. Situated in the heart of Swanage right by the water. If free parking isn’t a must and potential noise not an issue it’s hard to beat.

To say that free parking is possible is incorrect. There is parking outside for about 8 cars but in the three days we were there none of the cars moved and three spaces were taken by a van parked horizontally across the spaces which never moved. It would be a miracle to get a space as there are 20 flats. All the surrounding streets are double yellow lines so also not an option as claimed. The country park around the corner has plenty of parking but cost £25 for three days. This was fine. Think the parking situation needs to be more honestly reflected. Bar directly underneath played loud music until 2.30am on one night which kept my partner awake.

Great location with everything we needed for a short break .

We Could not work out where we was supposed to dispose of the bin bag, which we was asked to do in the instructions left in the room . I went to the part of the building where it stated ,but I couldn’t find where to dispose of it , so ended up taking it with us .
