proximity to the beach. washer. patio for drying. it was like local living. they gave me late check out when they could. provided cleaning materials when requested. self check in and self check out. I liked just texting. front unit meant that everyone walking on the streets can look in. but also numerous guests had gate issues, so they would scream and knock at my gate for help. they provided a hose which was very necessary, dust storms. bathroom and shower works fine. large enough dining table for me to work. the internet connection was excellent. secure place, but I locked up everything when leaving. responsive host.

flies come out of the drains. spotted cockroaches running across the patio to hide under the shade of the table. cute geckos! mosquitos. no window screens. Waikiki club next door plays thumping obnoxious club music from 12am-5am daily. closing windows is not effective.
