THE BAXMAN SUITE - A suite on the shore

Great central location close to the beach, with lovely sea views. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and had all the amenities needed for a home-away-from-home. The owner was also very lovely and helpful throughout the stay.

Because of the very central location, the adjacent street is where several late-night bars are located. On Friday and Saturday nights it was very loud until around 4am, which impacted my sleep. Younger travellers or those looking for nightlife may not mind this, but it may not suit guests looking for a peaceful stay.

Fabulous apartment, the view is spectacular! Location is perfect. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need. Terrace is large with sunbeds, table and chairs. Very sad to be leaving, but will definitely consider it for a future holiday!

Because of the location, it is noisy as previous guests have mentioned, but we knew in advance so took earplugs. The apartment could do with a little maintenance here and there.

Super locatie. Ruim apartement met 2 slaapkamers, grote woonkamer met over de breedte zeezicht. Open keuken. Fijn terras voor ons alleen gehad. We hebben enorm genoten van een lang weekend in dit apartement. We komen graag nog eens terug.

De terrasstoelen en tafeltjes zijn verroest, geeft vlekken op kleding. Achterstallig onderhoud aan de buitenzijde. Mist een thermostaatkraan in de douche.

La ubicación es fantástica, las vistas inmejorables.

La casa tiene muchísimo potencial por la ubicación y las vistas, que son realmente impresionantes, pero necesita bastante mantenimiento. Es una pena que, con lo bien situada que está, no se cuiden más estos detalles, porque podría ser un alojamiento de 10. El mobiliario exterior está bastante deteriorado; los sillones estaban hundidos y no se podían usar con comodidad. En el interior también se nota el desgaste. Enchufes salidos, termo roto con perdida de agua y agua caliente insuficiente para 3 personas. Una de las habitaciones tenía humedades y varias zonas de la pared desconchadas, incluso con restos en el suelo. Además, la cama de esa habitación era incomodisima. Las ventanas y ventanales no cerraban bien y tenían algún “apaño” poco práctico que hacía incómodo abrir y cerrar. En cuanto a la limpieza, muy mal. Encontramos basura de huéspedes anteriores en la terraza y en el baño, y en toda la casa había un olor muy fuerte a tabaco. De verdad que es una pena, porque con un buen repaso general, algo de mantenimiento y renovando el mobiliario, podría ser un sitio espectacular y así se lo hicimos saber a la anfitriona.
