Location of the place and the fact that the security is top notch and you have privacy. The host is humble and attentive to requests and problem solving, it's home away from home and well equipped with utensils and basic cutlery that one might require for their stay.
The knifes were blunt needs to be sharpened. The balcony needs attention and to be covered for hot summer days. Parking needs to be covered to protect guest vehicles against rain, hail and the hot sun in summer and cold weather.

The location , it wasn’t far from the mall and the beach but it was far enough to be away. The bed was big and very comfortable Everything was very nice and clean Air cons in every room Really liked the vibe of the place felt warm
More of a preference, the tv didn’t have YouTube The entrance door has clear glass and nothing to cover it so you could see straight inside , made us feel very uncomfortable Parking was on a steep drive way , nothing major but I would prefer a cover
