The apartment was spacious and clean. The hosts were very nice. There was a parking spot with the apartment. The garden was nice. The apartment was well equipped.
There were mosquitos. And restaurants and the stores were at the limit of walking distance. There was no hot water in the kitchen.

Pretty much everything. The tenants are wonderful peoples, the rooms are exactly like in the photos and they installed dehumidifiers due to complaints before. The exterior is a great place to eat, not much place for more than 3 peoples though. You have everything you need in this house, and if you don't, just ask ! You have a wonderful view of the sky on the top of the stairs, and even more if you just go down 5 minutes down the road. It's easy to park your car.
You need a car to go around and visit the cities. The bus won't cut it.
It's a little far from pretty much everything.
