C'est très central, idéalement situé.
Grande propreté à notre arrivée.
Très calme la nuit.
La cuisine est très bien équipée.
La clé de la porte d'entrée (donnant sur la rue) fonctionne très difficilement, nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à rentrer dans l'immeuble à chaque fois !

We came to Madrid for a concert at Sala la Riviera. The host who met us to check us in was a very friendly young man. The location is very close to a C1 bus stop, and an easy walk shops, parks, and the palace.
Comfortable main bed and well-equipped kitchen.

"Small Apartment, perfect for 1-2 people, very well located, in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. Don't expect luxury or beautiful views but it's a good value for money. I would stay there again."
