Very modern and close to all the pubs and shops. Very clean. I very much liked the recycled bins

1. Didn't like extra fee for hot tube. We have missed this part and we thought, that's fine, we will use the other ping pong table or the fireplace. Unfortunately THE WHOLE AREA is with an extra fee, not the hot tube only be aware 2. No bedside tables or lamps 3. No leaving room - glass table was moving. Decided to just go to bed. 4. Having a shower meant flood in toilet. Cold water-this must be temporary only. We do understand but decided to have a shower at home as didn't want to leave a massive flood in toilet. 5. Generally was not bad but we imagened that completely different.

Superb property in beautiful location

Property was spotless. The beds were probably the most comfortable we have ever slept on. Also the location (despite being at side of road) was very quiet making for great sleep - especially with 8 month old baby. Justin (owner) was very responsive to any queries which was appreciated Also lovely location with scenic mountains right in front of cottage Short distance from town centre

Good stay

It was easy to find, quiet location. Everything was new and clean. Kitchen was very nicely furnished and had a bit of spices in the cabinets. Beds were comfortable and the linen smelled clean. The outlets were near the bed. Backyard patio would have been nice to use if it wasn't raining at the time of our booking.

The washer had no dryer feature so it wasn't useful for one nights' stay (they did provide a drying rack however so if you had a bit more time it could be done). Parking for the cottage was also alongside the road which isn't a busy road but those who did use it are very fast.

Location great. Interior clean and a good size. Outdoor area looked lovely but due to weather was not an option . Great to have the hot tub and inside area to sit and relax. Take aways good also

One of our group slipped when getting out of the hot tub. Would suggest a grip mat of some description for around the hot tub steps as there was lots of water

The place was very clean and modern. There is everything you could need for a lovely night or weekend away such as kettle, microwave, tea and coffee, iron etc. The VIP Exclusive area was great, we enjoyed the hot tub and you get a good amount of time in there too.

Fabulous

When we arrived it was so simple to get the keys. We went straight for the Jacuzzi to make use of our time slot. The VIP area is class and the bottle of Prosecco for us out there was a lovely touch. It has a lovely working shower and Netflix on the tv. We ordered a takeaway to the cottage and got ready for our night out in Buncrana. Would definitely recommend ⭐️

Location was wonderful, very quiet and cosy.

When we arrived the hot water and heating was not working, we were told to leave it for an hour. We went out for dinner to kill time however when we arrived back this still did not work. We then had to wait on a maintenance guy to come, this took approx 30 minutes. We had planned to go beach swimming during the day but were unable to due to having no shower / hot water and heating until later in the evening. As an apology we were told we can use the VIP area which we thought was very kind - this included the hot tub. Myself and my partner went to open the hot tub and this smelt absolutely putrid, had short hair floating in it and had lots of orange and brown grit stuck to the edges. It was very clear that the hot tub hadn’t been cleaned and we weren't able to even sit in the VIP area due to the smell of the hot tub (smelt like vomit). Again we contacted Justin who offered us a full refund or another nights stay. We opted for a full refund. Disappointed to say that months later we still haven’t received the full refund. We did receive a deposit refund but were told we would have a full refund.

The additional information regarding deposit , booking of exclusive area , lock box info ….. I felt the additional charge for the hot tub wasn’t clear enough on the initial advertisement also.

Spotlessly clean with everything you need for the stay. conveniently located to explore Donegal and the North Coast. communication with the host was easy and quick. I left AirPods and they were posted home to me(thanks again). food in nearby hotel was really good and the locals were all really helpful and welcoming
