Everything I expect from an Alp hotel is perfect!

My single room was perfect, has enough space in wardrobe for my skiing clothes, more than big for one person, had a couch which makes perfect for me to relax & reading. Bathroom is well maintained, new and always clean. Wifi is excellent. Breakfast is good. Ski room is nice and has enough space for people to move around (sometimes other pensions may have limited space to host 3-4 person at the same time) but Kilian's ski room is big and boots are always dry and warm in the morning. Sauna area is always clean and relaxing. 5 minutes on step to the lift, market, heart of the town, which is ideal for me. In the first day I had a heating problem, but Samantha solved it immediately even I informed her late in the evening. I had a parking space for my car. To sum up, everything I expect from an Alp hotel is perfect. Also last year I stayed in St.Anton but I find Lech is more convenient to stay in the meaning of reaching every inch of the area on mountain.

Leaving, wish I stay here for all winter :)

Fantastic, good value friendly place to stay, in a fantastic location.

The staff were flexible, responded to emails quickly, very helpful and it's a lovely family run pension. The location is ideal. The facilities are good (including sauna, steam room,spa, boot room and ski room), the breakfast great and room was perfect. I can highly recommend the place and will definitely be coming back.

An exceptional couple of days in a beautiful family run hotel at the heart of Lech.

Everything was great. Comfortable and clean room, very good breakfast and great location being just a short walk from the town center and main ski lifts. Very good and convenient ski room, lovely sauna and steam room. And to top it all a very friendly, efficient and professional staff, in particular the owners, a lovely couple always there and always extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this place and go back with other members of my family who were not able to join in this trip.

Very nice hotel in calm area

Very friendly staff, the owner speaks perfect English, breakfast was tasty, everything was fresh, choice right enough! Nice, cosy rooms with very comfortable beds, clean and good smelling, small but very modern and well equipped bathrooms. Few free parking spots in front of the hotel.

Exceptional

Samantha was fantastic! We arrived full of mud from our cycle after a heavy rain storm and Samantha helped us clean ourselves and our bikes that were full of mud. Thank you so much Samantha, you were a great host and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very good

A lovely place in a great location......a few mins up a small hill above the town so nice and quiet with great views but only a short walk from the lifts, bars & restaurants. Sam the landlady was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a card to get a discount on my ski hire at Skibex and also organised for me to swap rooms at no extra cost after a couple of days when I told her I'd prefer a room with a bath/shower as opposed to one without a bath. Highly recommend

This place is superb. It is one of the rare cases when a hotel exceeds the high expectations I already have. Everything is well built and maintained. The breakfast is rich and diverse, includes healthy options and high quality ingredients. The ski room is convenient and includes everything you need. The spa area is perfect. I would definitely return, most of all because of the staff - Samantha, the host, provided me with excellent tips and accommodated every request that I had.

Excellent location to the slopes and main Street. Sam was so kind and extremely helpful in all that we needed. Bedrooms were a great size and the sauna was a lovely addition. Breakfast was yummy! so much choice and catered for Gluten Free.

Great time at a wonderful accommodation and with a wonderful host!

Everything was just perfect at our stay at Pension Kilian. Samantha , the owner, was exceptional and very friendly. It was very simple to uncomplicated to check-in. Samantha makes her guests feel very welcome and she gives her full attention with pleasure to them. She gave us great tipps for hiking and biking! We were pleased with the wonderful breakfast and good coffee each morning. Staying at Pension Kilian was a joy. The beds were super comfortable. The room and the environment very quiet. Clean and very well thought with the decoration!

Great for bike vacations!

Samantha was very friendly with recommendations for cycling routes in the area. Good bike storage available and we got to use the sauna.

Value for money could be better, but for Lech it’s quite ok.
