Iluminar Beachfront Suites

- The location is phenomenal. The beach is accessible via a short path outside of the gate of the property. This is really as close to the beach as you can get here! - The property was very quite - The room was very clean and well designed - The porch is great with comfortable furniture and a fan - The amenities included at neighboring businesses are the biggest plus of this property! We utilized the free lockers, surf board rentals, beach chairs, and beach towels from Gilded Iguana Surf Club. The staff there were extremely friendly and gave great local tips. This alone was worth the stay. Additionally, however, we utilized the free breakfast and pool at Norte Nosara included in the stay. Both were incredible bonuses that make booking this accommodation even more worth it. - We had an issue with the AC in our first room due to a brief power surge/outage, but Ryan made it right by moving us to a new room quickly

My only minor suggestion is that it would be helpful to know when staff are on site to help meet guests' needs. We were close to running out of toilet paper on a Sunday morning but were told staff don't work that day so they couldn't provide us with more TP. Additionally, staff leave at 3 pm, which was after our air condition challenge, so we couldn't have staff look at the issue that day and instead had to move to a new room (which was a fine solution)
