Casa Rosada Nosara

Henri is a gracious host, and his barbecues create a community. I no longer drive, and Henri offered to drive me to the medical clinic and stores to buy food. Rosie and the cleaning staff are truly amazing, and will accomodate requests for your cabin. I like dogs. and became friends with Henri and his 3 dogs. It a gated community and safe. Even though North Guiones is not my favorite section of Guiones, the employees at the local restaurants and stores were friendly. Casa Rosada is a short distance from the main road, and it is not a problem. It is quiet and the noisy night life is not a probelm

This does not reflect the property, Henri, and workers. North Guiones is now quite expensive, and the main road was horrific during the holidays. I did not feel safe with cars moving in every direction. Nosara is now very expensive, and food prices are high.

This place was an oasis of quiet and peace yet still walking distance to the main area and beach. Henri is a lovely man and made us feel very welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and relaxed which is exactly what we needed. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessities. Even the frying pan was really good.

The location is perfect. Very close to restaurants and the beach in Guiones. The cleaning lady was awesome, the internet was okay, and sometimes I had to connect to other networks but overall it worked

The host was a little bit rude and not available via WhatsApp or other messaging apps. They cut off the water our last 2 days without warning us. I do not recommend drinking water from the sink.
