The owner is lovely. Everything is very comfortable, just like from home to home. There are facilities for cooking, good heating and a hot shower. The bed is very comfortable. We would have happily stayed more than 3 nights.
Just advice only, the owner doesn't live there so remember to reply to her messages about your arrival time.

It was very cheap and in a convenient location. Owner speaks English!
The equipment was partly very old and had some stains.
Some curtains that block the light would go a long way.
The other guest didn't turn off his light before falling asleep. The doors were partly transparent so we had light pollution throughout the night.

ひと通り何でも揃っていた。
宿の場所がわかりにくく、隣の会社に入りかけてしまった。会社の人によると民泊の人が度々間違えてウチに入ってくる、と言ってたので周囲に迷惑をかけている。入り口を分かりやすくしてほしい。
部屋番号が不明で電話をかけて問い合わせて番号が判明。メールで事前に教えるべきだ。
屋内に入ったあと、自分のスペースがどこまで使えるのか不明だった。トイレやキッチンとバスがあったが、2階にも部屋があったのでキッチンやバストイレは共用？だとしたら部屋の鍵がどこにあるか分からず外出時に部屋に鍵が掛けられず不用心だ。
あと、キッチンと風呂の掃除が行き届いていない。
しかし全部を理解したら、部屋は広めだし自炊できるし洗濯機もあるし、まあそれなりに悪くない。
