A t a shinchi share house

It was a self check-in as the host was away on a trip, but another guest kindly welcomed and assisted me upon arrival, which I really appreciated. This is a warm and cozy home shared with the host’s family of 4, along with other guests staying on the 3th floor. My room was located on the ground floor, which made it very convenient when handling luggage. The room itself was spacious, bright, and came with usable storage space. The shared facilities — including the kitchen, bathroom, and toilet — are located on the 2nd floor, so moving up and down the stairs is necessary quite often. This may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility. As someone without a car, it is about a 10mins walk to the nearest subway station, with no bus access, but the route is flat and situated in a very quiet residential neighbourhood. Convenience store and lunch/dinner options are all about a 10mins walk away. One pleasant bonus is there's a lovely café and bakery just across the street. Overall, it was a comfortable and homely stay, especially suitable for those who enjoy a quiet residential environment and family-style accommodation experience.

During my stay, it happened to be the school holiday period, so the children were active from around 7am, and there was some movement in and out of the house. As the sound insulation is limited, light sleepers may need earplugs. For people who prefer privacy, I x recommended this share house for you, for people who adore kids and like to make new friends, it will be great for you.

玄関の前に車を停められて、部屋も1階にあるので出入りや荷物の持ち運びがとても楽でした。1階はこのお部屋だけなので、他の人を気にせずゆったり過ごせます。 地下鉄を使う場合は、近くの新道東駅のイオンで3時間無料駐車ができて便利です。宿から駅までも徒歩12分くらいで行けます。 2階の共用スペースは大きな窓があって、とても明るくて気持ちいい空間でした。床暖房も効いていて、家の中はずっと暖かくて快適でした。

環境に配慮されていて、歯ブラシなどの使い捨てアメニティは用意されていないので持参が必要です。ドライヤーやヘアアイロンはちゃんとありました。 共用の浴室には他の方の洗濯物が干してあることもありますが、全体的にきれいで整っていて、オーナーさんの暮らしを感じられる雰囲気です。 誰かのお家に泊まらせてもらっているような感じで、ちょっと特別で楽しい滞在でした。

チェックインの時間を大幅に過ぎたのにおおらかに受け入れていただき、歓迎していただきました。 あまり長い時間滞在しなかったのですが、オーナーの方達はとても良い家族なのだろうと感じました。 また、設備の清潔感も素晴らしかったです。

何もありません。

良かった点は、駐車のしやすさ、寝心地（布団の温かさ）、オーナーさん夫婦の人柄です。事前のメッセージのやり取りも迅速で丁寧でした。小さいお子さんがいるゆえの生活感のある空間も気になりませんでした。

よくない点はほとんどないですが、しいて言えばお風呂や洗面所はオーナーさんご家族と共用なので、使いたいタイミングで使えないことがありました。客室のすぐ外に水槽があり、夜中ずっとそのコポコポいう音で眠れませんでした。
