The location was good for our particular needs and the apartment was clean. Good communication with the host.
We had a bit of a dispute with the host as the description we were seeing on booking.com clearly said the place offered free parking but the host indicated that was not accurate. The place could also use some kind of folding chair as the only place to sit was a rather uncomfortable couch/bed.

栄町駅に近く、近くにコンビニスーパーがあり
大変便利でした。
やはり、上の階の方や隣の部屋の話し声や
足音が聞こえてくるので
神経質な方には厳しいかもしれません。

2泊滞在して、タオル、食器や洗濯の洗剤等があり何不自由なく過ごすことができました！ケトルやレンジもありした！
チェックイン・チェックアウトはスムーズで、到着した時には部屋は暖かくなっている状態でした！
完全プライベートなので、周りを気にせずゆっくり休めました！
