A new build/renovation. Large bathroom.
The accomodation was dark with only upper windows near ceiling. No coffee maker as advertised or coffee mugs. No parking available and you need to roam the neighbourhood in hopes of finding a paid metered car park available. Location is near a very large hospital so parking was tricky. The location is about 15-20 minutes away from CBD by car and there are only occasional city buses to get to CBD for restaurants, etc. Due to the car park difficulty we were not keen to loose our car park by driving into the CBD. The hosts were very aggressive with "must check out exactly at 10 AM or they will charge you 20 euros a minute".

Check in process was easy. Property was clean. Location was fine, close to shops and a bus stop and reasonable walking distance to main attractions of Verona.
Located in a residential area that was very noisy throughout the Saturday night we stayed. Bedding was clean but smelt heavily of detergent and air freshener that was quite overwhelming. No kettle,
