had blood on the pull out couches sheets, and a bed came without sheets so we used towels (bed was for toddlers). Also, wrappers were underneath the comforter of the other bed in the room.

I liked the size of the condo, the decor, and the view of the beach. The location was wonderful because it was on the beach, close to great restaurants, and shopping centers. I would definitely return.

I have no complaints.

The view from the balcony was so beautiful and serene, that it was almost as nice as being on the beach. I appreciated the owner furnishing the condo with quality furniture. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cook ware. Even the furniture on the balcony was comfortable. My oldest son asked if we were coming back, before we even got on the elevator to leave.

The only negative was a man that rang the doorbell on Thursday, saying he was with maintenance, but I had received no prior notice. I would not open the door and he was aggravated. I advised him to return Saturday, after we checked out. He returned Friday morning and beat on the door, ten slams, with such force and hostility that you would think police officers were raiding the place. He scared everyone inside. I told him the same thing as previously stated. He left and within the hour, a different man rang the doorbell, saying he was from maintenance. I told him the same thing about returning Saturday after checkout. He said, my orders say checkout is at 10am. I replied, it is....on Saturday. I asked him what he was attempting to repair and he said a chair and a shelf. We had been there since the previous Sunday and saw no issues with anything needing service. He left. If maintenance is scheduled that is not an emergency, like a leak or no air, it should be done during cleanup when the maid service is there, not when the renters are on vacation. If maintenance needs to be done, the renter should be notified, so that they are aware and will open the door. I won't open my door at home for anyone that wasn't invited. We decided to check out a day early, before the large, angry man returned.

loved the condo and the beach!

the floors were not clean. still had sand from previous occupants. we wiped up a water spill and the paper towel was black! that let us know the floor hasn’t been mopped in a while!
