O Hotel é razoável. As acomodações e estrutura são muito velhas. Ainda há cinzeiro nos quartos coisa do passado, pois fumar em ambientes internos é algo terrível para hóspedes não fumantes que chegam depois. A entrada do hotel também é dificultada para quem chega a pé pois há vasos de plantas por toda a calçada. A recepção ainda é aquela da caixinha. Já que opera como motel tmb, seria necessário uma recepção separada para o hóspede de hotel. Enfim, atendeu de forma razoável.
Recepção sem nenhuma estratégia de acolhimento , cheiro cigarro impregnado no quarto, entrada com acesso dificultado.
