The staff was friendly and check in was a breeze. The room was affordable, clean and just what we needed it-definitely a good find in the Columbus area. The steak house near by was pricey but the food was A-1.
The check out felt just a tad impersonal, and there was no coffee to be had. In the absence of coffee, a friendlier check out process would have been good.

location, comfortable bed
interior was ugly, had places where it needed to be painted, bathroom had mold and needed update, breakfast was awful- store-bought muffins and coffee that was awful
