    We get there and it's a no smoking hotel, our room reeks of cigarettes and there are cigarette butt on the floor. Pick up the phone to the front desk and it's broken. Ok, cool, walk downstairs to the front desk and they handled it so we wouldn't be charged for something that was not our fault. Fridge didn't work, TV was cracked and partially broken, bathroom exhaust fan did not work and the day we checked out was a bit of a nightmare. We are packing and showering and someone went to grab a cooler from across the way for our drinks and snacks that had barely stayed even slightly cold and entirely unsure it some of it was still even safe to consume and we get a knock at our door. Housekeeping. Well, I'm fresh out of the shower so I tell them that and that we are packing up. (It's about 11 or so at this point, my registration paperwork states check out is noon, the back of the door signage says noon, pretty much everything but a tiny sign by the front desk that appears old states noon, that sign stated 11. Well paperwork say 12 so I'm going off of that since I SIGNED it. Then the fun happens. The front desk comes knocking and again, we are in the midst of cleaning up and packing so the interruptions only further delay it. I state we are packing and my papers and what not state noon. She says check out is 11 and are we leaving or not (with a bit of an attitude that could be frustration) she then says well we are a franchise nor corporate. Ok. How does that have to do with checkout times posted everywhere saying noon? Nothing. We finish up and roll on downstairs to finalize the check out. She refuses to give me a copy of my registration form I signed when we checked in nor a receipt because "I booked 3rd party" yeah...okay...you're full of it, I'm sorry you have my paperwork right in front of you, ya just didn't want to do it. Not to even mention the hoard of what sounded like teenagers in the room across the hall that stunk the entire floor up with weed smoke and were running and stomping up and down the halls slamming doors all night like 2am to 6am. You can hear everything through those walls. I can't say stay here but I can't say dont. Besides our issues it wasn't that bad.
