The bedrooms are very big and comfortable. Quieter area, but very close to the centre. Body wash and shampoo in the bathroom to use, as well as a few kitchen condiments like salt, sugar, oil and some coffee pods. Good value.
No extra pillows with covers, just pillows without covers. The toilet is in a very narrow spot. This wasn't an issue for us, but could be for others. The kitchen needs a few items: cutting board, etc. Street parking only, but there are options in the area that are free and paid. Limited free parking, but in June we never had an issue. The couch is a bit dated, but the rest is good.

Perfect location with walkable distance to all city's attractions, great contact with the owner and possibility to leave luggage before checking-in. High speed internet and comfortable beds :)
Minor problem with bathroom's lock/knob making closing and opening require some force and a bit noisy, which can be a problem at night. Shower head and tap also require some fixing. Beyond that everything was OK :)
