Un studio modern, situat chiar sub Tâmpa, ideal pentru o familie cu doi copii. Spațiul este confortabil, bine organizat, cu pat dublu confortabil și canapea extensibilă în aceeași încăpere. Bucătăria utilată cu tot ce ai nevoie. Locația este un mare avantaj: acces imediat la Tâmpa, Târgul de Crăciun foarte aproape, iar centrul istoric al Brașovului se află la aproximativ 15 minute de mers pe jos. Zona este liniștită, dar centrală, cu numeroase facilități în apropiere, market micuț exact alături, loc de parcare la geam. Comunicarea cu proprietarul a fost excelentă.
