The staff are very welcoming, helpful and all smile from valet, reception, housekeeping to sidekicks restaurant staff during breakfast. We celebrated my twins birthday and they were happy with Bugs bunny visit, staff singing happy birthday and helping us take family photos, carrying complimentary cake and the pre arranged cookies,milk and balloons. It made their birthday extra special.
the lobby is so relaxing we can sit and lounge while having coffee at night.
It's also a bonua that it comes it themepark tickets, we really enjoyed.

Location. The pool
The food was not good. Insect bites were big and painful and stays for days itchy. I thought it was more luxurious than this.

Lots of activities for children, great location for WB theme park and yas water world.

walking distance to WB and close proximity to other theme parks. Nikhil at the breakfast restaurant was fantastic, great customer service.
I forgot a few items at the table on the rooftop bar during my stay but the staff at the reception wasn’t helpful to find it the next day.
