Breakfast and dinner were good, cleaning was good. Just, we could not see french fries. The staff's efforts to make us happy were truly wonderful. They were accommodating when we requested a late departure. Thank you.
The main pool was very crowded and the water didn't look very clean. The next day we went to the Double Tree by Hilton's pool, and everything was perfect, from the staff to the overall experience. They could add more practical seating arrangements to the balconies.

walking distance to WB and close proximity to other theme parks. Nikhil at the breakfast restaurant was fantastic, great customer service.
I forgot a few items at the table on the rooftop bar during my stay but the staff at the reception wasn’t helpful to find it the next day.
