The hotel was Amazing

This Hotel was everything and more for my kids especially the 5 year old. she loved the cartoon characters especially all the hugs she receievd from Tom and Jerry every day. She also loved the activities in the kids clubs especially the singing and dancing with Tom and Jerry. The kids swimming pool was also another higlight especially the kids sunbeds, it was actually the first time we went to a hotel with kids sun beds, the kids movie night was perfect. The location of the Hotel was perfect to all the relevant theme parks we visited which also had free bus shuttle to all of them. we stayed for 3 nights hence our stay included tickets to 3 theme parks of our choice which was amazing and cost effective. My family had a good time and would definitely go back.

The sizes of the beds were quite small especially for me and my 5 year old who shared one bed. She actaully fell off one night, i would recommed a full double bed for those sharing.

walking distance to WB and close proximity to other theme parks. Nikhil at the breakfast restaurant was fantastic, great customer service.

I forgot a few items at the table on the rooftop bar during my stay but the staff at the reception wasn’t helpful to find it the next day.

Friendly, kind and a rare magical atmosphere

We had a wonderful time during our 5 days at the hotel. Overall the experience was very smooth and great and the access to the four theme parks was truly invaluable. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had and the staff were lovely, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. This hotel is absolutely one of the best choices on Yas Island and honestly one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in - especially for the friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

We loved the rooms themselves. They were really convenient for families.

The toilets in the hotel (not rooms) were very dirty. I went to two different toilets, main reception area and on floor 1. Both were very dirty on two different days.

Absolutely love it

Was my daughter’s birthday and all the stuff made it extra special, specially Alex from the fine dining…went above and beyond to make sure we had a great meal… Definitely coming back next year what I love the most about the hotel it’s that even if its a kids oriented place they keep high quality standard food and comfort so parents can get spoiled too

The service was poor. The Director Restaurant served cooked food which was still frozen - a very serious health and safety breach. The rooms were originally in a poor state until I complained.

Great Family Hotel Stay

We had a really great experience at this hotel a lovely atmosphere, thoughtful design, and truly exceptional staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, especially as a family with young kids. The rooms and décor were well done, themed, but not overdone. My kids especially loved the old-style blue telephone in the room; we actually had to convince them to stop playing with it! It was a fun and charming touch that fit perfectly with the kind of vacation you'd want to have as a family. The staff were incredible warm, friendly, and genuinely great with children. There were team members dressed in cartoon character costumes who would pop up during breakfast or in the lobby, which our kids absolutely loved. The kids’ center was full of engaging activities, and at the pool area, they even handed out free ice cream a simple but memorable gesture. This was hands down the best family hotel experience we've ever had. Huge thanks to all the staff you truly made our stay special. The location is also fantastic. We walked to Warner Bros. Park and Yas Waterworld, and other attractions on Yas Island were just a 5-minute taxi ride away.

We had a great experience overall, but there are two areas that could be improved: 1. Food quality: On our first day, we ordered room service, but after that, we had to rely on delivery apps. I usually order simple, basic dishes from room service to ensure decent quality, but unfortunately, the food was really disappointing. The chicken biryani was the worst I’ve ever had, the meat in the spaghetti was of low quality, and even the BBQ wasn’t good. Breakfast had more variety and better options, but the Arabic section was poor for example, the manakish was made with something like Indian-style bread, which didn’t work. 2. Cleanliness: Overall, cleanliness was acceptable, but when we checked in, the table had cup rings on it and the TV screen had smudges. We had to ask the cleaning staff to come back and clean it properly.
