What a great experience and memorable for my kids

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The hotel is beautiful, modern, exceptionally clean and very well maintained. Every area was spotless, organised and beautifully presented. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived — extremely friendly, welcoming, professional and always willing to help. We truly appreciated the level of service and the attention to detail throughout our stay. The facilities were fantastic, especially for families with children. There were so many activities and things for the kids to enjoy, and they had an amazing time throughout our stay. The pools, kids’ activities and family-friendly facilities were all excellent and made the experience even more enjoyable. We loved how much effort the hotel puts into creating a fun and comfortable experience for families. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was outstanding, and everything felt luxurious yet welcoming. We genuinely enjoyed every moment and were impressed by how clean, organised and well managed everything was.

Honestly, there was nothing we disliked about the property. Everything was beyond our expectations, and we were very happy with the cleanliness, service, facilities and overall experience. We had such a wonderful stay that we would not hesitate to come back again.

walking distance to WB and close proximity to other theme parks. Nikhil at the breakfast restaurant was fantastic, great customer service.

I forgot a few items at the table on the rooftop bar during my stay but the staff at the reception wasn’t helpful to find it the next day.
