We really liked the apartment — there was nothing to dislike!

The location of the property was superb — right in the centre of the Old Town, and you could feel the history all around you. The apartment was clean and nicely maintained. One thing to consider if you have a disability or mobility issues is that there are some stairs to climb before reaching the apartment. The beds were comfortable, and all the facilities you need to feel at home were provided. There are plenty of shops nearby, and as you’d expect in a historic area, lots of restaurants, charming streets, and beautiful sights to explore. Overall, I can’t find any disadvantages to the flat we rented — it was perfect!

Perfect start to our Italian holiday

Beautiful location, right on the plaza. The receptionist was welcoming upon arrival - she also helped by providing dinner and breakfast locations! Super friendly and highly recommended.

Great Place in the CIty Center of Treviso

Very well explained in a video. Room easy to access. There was no lift - but this was mentioned during the booking process. The location of the accommodation is superb.

There were many mosquitos in the residence. We just had one device to kill the mosquitos - this should be enhanced.

dissapointed stay, cannot understand how the ranking is high

A place was rented for 4 persons, but only 3 places were prepered to sleep with sheets. not working dishwasher. not closing bedroom door. thousand narrow steps to the apartment. very dark in the room, the lamp in living room was switching on and off all the time. very olddated appartment.. houskeeper came very very early in the morning, while we were still sleeping and it wasnt a time for us to leave, bang the door till we woke up, opened the door. she asked are we not leaving? we said, no, this is an early morning! not very clean. very dissapointed stay.

Great apartment, video shared on how to find the apartment, this was very helpful. Central location! We were able to leave our luggage at reception.Location and view from apartment, was amazing.

The shower in the ensuite didn't warm up. Also, the ensuite door handle sticks and is stiff to open (daughter couldn't get back out).

Good location, cheap, suitable for a short overnight stay

Location was good - near the train station and centre of town. Also had air conditioning which is a must when the apartment is actually in the eaves of the building.

The 4 floors and countless flights of steep stairs to access the apartment. The building corridors are dark and small. The apartment is dated and quite dark and we did have quite a few bugs which I suppose is to be expected in the loft of such an old building but not pleasant. Alot of noise banging through the night which we assumed was from other apartments in the building.

Fantastic location overlooking the main square In Treviso, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants all close by. We had a warm welcome from the host who kindly allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to check in which was much appreciated. They also allowed us to check out half an hour later as we had a long gap before our flight departure home. The apartment has free wi-fi and Netflix on the television, and there were some complimentary pods and packets of sugar for the coffee maker.

As suggested in other reviews some basic maintenance is needed which would make this a much more desirable place to stay, e.g.: - The aircon needs servicing (doesn't get very cold and the upstairs unit drips water onto the floor below) - There are no racks in the dishwasher - There didn't appear to be any detergent for the washing machine or dishwasher (although couldn't really have used the latter anyway without the racks) - The inside bedroom door handle falls off - The fridge was set to 1, so very warm on arrival, and took a long time to get cold - The light bulb over the cooker needs replacing - Some basic cooking condiments would have been appreciated (especially as we were just there for one night), e.g., just some salt, pepper and olive oil

No breakfast

We didn't like waiting to 3.00pm to gain acces and we didn't like not being able to leave our bags before then. We didn't like having to walk up 79 steps in a narrow stair case. We didn't like that the shower cubicle leaked water. We didn't like that the bedroom door handle drropped off. We didn't like the lack of accessories. We didn't like the walk from the station.

Fantastico

L'affaccio su Piazza dei Signori è veramente affascinante e comodissimo per visitare il centro storico. L'appartamento è veramente accogliente e pulito, con parquet anche in cucina/salotto, letti comodi e biancheria da camera e bagno perfetti. 2 docce, un divano letto molto grande e robusto.

Non ricordo se era specificato, ma il piano cottura è a induzione, quindi la classica moka non si può usare, ci vorrebbe un adattatore. Solo un consiglio per chi come me ha bisogno di un bel pò di caffè, soprattutto il mattino...C'è comunque una macchinetta con (alcune) cialde.

Le scale sono davvero strette e scomode da salire / scendere più volte al giorno. Con i bagagli poi diventa anche pericoloso perché si può cadere Scale puzzolenti anche perché non ci sono finestre Ingresso sempre aperto Moscerini in casa Prese non funzionanti Telecomando condizionatore con pile scariche Senso di claustrofobia per i cancelli o inferriate alle finestre.Queste sbarre non sono apribili.Ho sperato che non ci fosse un' emergenza perché da là è impossibile uscire se non lanciandosi su piazza dei Signori da un' altezza considerevole

La posizione è ottima, si affaccia sulla centralissima Piazza dei Signori. Il prezzo è adeguato.

Alcuni arredi sono un po’ rovinati, la seconda camera da letto è davvero molto angusta e va segnalato che ci sono parecchie rampe di scale strette da fare per raggiungere l’alloggio all’ultimo piano.

Suite 301 e Treviso a natale... un connubio perfetto!!!

La casa è veramente bellissima e accogliente, in una posizione meravigliosa proprio sulla piazza centrale, pulita, ordinata, silenziosa, calda e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il ragazzo della reception è molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile nel fornire informazioni, indicazioni e consigli per visitare la città e trovare i ristoranti per cenare.... e inoltre è bellissimo! Voto 10 su tutto.... torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo!

Vista eccezionale in pieno centro storico

L’appartamento si trova in una palazzina storica proprio davanti alla piazza principale. La vista è fantastica! Non è tuttavia facile da raggiungere perché occorre fare parecchie scale strette e anguste. L’appartamento è accogliente e carino ma non nuovo. Letti comodi e stanze molto ben riscaldate. Come nota negativa, sottolineerei alcuni dettagli mancanti, soprattutto ganci per appendere asciugamani nei bagni, poiché si tratta di locali molto piccoli dove un po’ più di comodità non guasterebbe. In cucina era presente la macchinetta del caffè con alcune cialde, un bollitore ma senza alcuna tisana e sarebbe stato gradito fornire alcune bottigliette d’acqua (come mi è capitato di trovare in altri alloggi in Veneto). Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza positiva.

La faciliter de trouver les clés et la disponibilité, l'emplacement super au coeur de Treviso, tout est a portée de mains resto, magasin, loisir....faciliter 4km pour l'aéroport de Tréviso

Pas d'ascenseur au 4ième étage, mais nous le savions tout était indiquer sur Booking. Parking pour la voiture un peu loin du centre mais agréable promenade centre Tréviso
