Apartamento muito bem localizado, limpo e organizado. Possui tudo que você precisa para uma hospedagem a trabalho. São três quartos todos com ar condicionado e camas de casal.
A manutenção dos ar condicionados não está das melhores. O controle do ar condicionado da sala não está funcionando e tinha bastante poeira no filtro. Tivemos que ligar o ar de forma manual pois o controle da sala não estava funcionando. A manutenção do prédio também não está das melhores.

Location, beautiful view; Rooms were small but with good storage space; Beds were comfortable; 24hs reception; Near the train (Berrini Station). Well located, not far from Ibirapuera, Jardins, Paulista.
The corridors need maintenance, walls looked dirty; A/C were old and hard to control the fans using the remote control; Traffic nearby is heavy near rush hour.

Ótima localização e quartos confortáveis. Tinha tudo o que era necessário para a estadia. Mas a limpeza deixou a desejar.
Pedimos para ficar 3 horas a mais devido aos horários dos voos, e tivemos que pagar uma taxa altíssima. Não custava nada fazer a cortesia, já que não tinham alugado e o apartamento estaria vazio. Pagamos 450,00. Não voltaria devido a isso.
