Nex One Faria Lima - with swimming pool 2 minutes from the subway

Estúdio confortável, bem equipado e com excelente localização.

A localização é show, pertinho do metro Faria Lima, fomos ao Morumbis, foi super top tanto na ida quanto na volta.

The location was great, near the LAPI shopping precinct, cafes, restaurants and bars in Pinheiros but not loud. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on, and nice to have gym facilities.

The rubbish bin in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned out from the previous guest, there were no extra plastic bags for the bins or a sponge to do dishes, and the kitchen sink was blocked and wouldn’t drain so we couldn’t use it to clean dishes. I messaged the host on the first day to inform them but nothing was done, except for dropping off some extra bin bags and a sponge on the afternoon of Day 2. Also, the towels provided smelled a little off, like that damp smell when things don’t dry quick enough.
