床大好睡軟硬適中、房間空間大、房間內有單獨冰箱、使用免治馬桶、插座數量夠、房東付款彈性大（可使用匯款等）、一樓有飲水機可供裝水、使用壁掛式吹風機(在浴室內），但風力算大、有提供掛衣架及4 支木製衣架
1.雖有提供停車位，需事前向房東申請，但只有門口2個有可能停不到會需要停附近的路邊或是付費停車場，旅程中，有被其他車輛打雙黃燈臨停擋住，某天晚上約十一時左右，與男友已睡了，被不確定是房東還是其他住客狂敲門要移車
2.房東也會住在民宿內，但未告知⋯
3.房內有不知道是偵煙器還是什麼的會一直嗶嗶叫，影響睡眠
4.冷氣噪音聲大，不太冷
5.浴室容易積水
6.續住2晚，未告知僅提供一人一條大浴巾及毛巾，後續未有更換服務（但有向房東要，房東有給）
