Location is good. Caring staff. Clean amenities. Good food.
There was some confusion with the booking dates related to the social conditions outside. But after talking about it, the manager was most accommodating and it was resolved amicably.

Nothing special.

The hotel was in a nice quiet location and very close to the Connaught place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty spacious. It's good for a one night stay.
The room had a very damp smell and felt like the windows were not opened for a while. The bedsheets, pillows and the blanket felt really sticky and even the floor was sticky. I am not sure why that was.

The location was good. The room size was decent considering a suite room.
The shower was not working. Also no consistent supply of hot water was available. Finally had to have a bath using the bucket.
