The staff is really helpful, both at the reception and in the restaurant.
It might be helpful to have a currency exchange service at the hotel.

Clean comfortable beds and great breakfast.
Service was not that great either. We had asked for a late checkout for which they wanted to charge more than 50% the price of a night. We checked out on time and I asked the staff to receive a package for me which they agreed to, when it arrived they refused it. Inconvenient
