Location good, staff friendly
Swimming pool out of service - would have been nice to get some communication regarding this as we particularly wanted a pool and chose for this reason. Gym not up to standard as equipment not working. No currency exchange

Amazing staff. We were so happy when we got in late and were able to order food to our room. Incredible service. The staff were all so nice and helpful. The hotel organised a day tour for my friend and I (2 young Irish tourits) with an English speaking tour guide and a driver for 60 euro in total... brilliant value and he took us on a brilliant day out to all the main spots in New Delhi and we were so so glad that we stayed at this hotel because it really made our trip. We felt so comfortable at all times and the staff members here make it their priority to make guests feel comfortable.
There could have been some more western breakfast options but there was still some which is good

Clean comfortable beds and great breakfast.
Service was not that great either. We had asked for a late checkout for which they wanted to charge more than 50% the price of a night. We checked out on time and I asked the staff to receive a package for me which they agreed to, when it arrived they refused it. Inconvenient
