Bonne localisation. Facile d'accès.
Confort tout à fait bon et équipements parfaitement adaptés à nos besoins.
Mise à dispositon de quelques élements de base importants (thé, sucre, liquide vaiselle)
Pas très bien insonorisé (voisin du dessus avec enfant et travaux dans le batiment d'en face).
Trop chaud, difficile d'aérer.

Organizzazione check-in e check-out, la presenza di tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari, la presenza di tutti gli accessori per cucinare, la posizione in un quartiere tranquillo e sicuro vicino a locali e negozi. Struttura dotata di un comodo giardino interno.
Nel bagno un lavandino troppo piccolo. Una sola sedia nel locale.

Everithing was just greate !!! Very safe location on a Pacific heights , close to the bus nr.1.The studio was very vell equipt with dishes , large TV , large fridge, microwave oven , toaster , kitchen water kettle , washing machine and dryer . The bed and the pillows were also very comfortable .
Wanderfull back yard with magnolia trees and deck terrace on every flor.
Very quiet and calm place ideal also for a longer stay !!!

The idea of an autonomous studio flat is great - if implemented with some care for your customers
Central heating was not working in one of the two studios we took.
One of the electric heaters we tried as a backup, was not working and was replaced with another one that was also not working.
The washing machine in one of the studios was not working (the same thing happened also last time I stayed here a few months back).
