Apartments Urban Arrecife

The apartment was super clean, theres a kitchen which was quite usefull to save some money on eating out everyday. Also, shower pressure is great! Loads of storage. The flat was setup for max 4 people, I stayed alone.

I wish there were secondary curtains, there are "blackout" ones, but once you open them, thats it. Full view into the apartment, when I stayed the apartments just in front were under renovation so no one was there. A throw would be nice to have on the couch and some rugs on the floor too. Another thing is, from late afternoon till morning theres a noise downstairs, which goes on and on, not sure what it was. The front door that gives acess to the flats , the digital lock was broken so anyone could've gone in. Bed is not that comfortable.

Seafront location close to main restaurants in Charco de San Gines. Self check in. Quiet area. Perfectly located to reach main spots in Lanzarote (<10 mins from Airport, 30 mins for Playa Blanca, 50 mins for Mirador del Rio etc.). Bed very comfy. Enough space.

Apartments not well soundproofed. At our arrival there was a bad smoke smell (we had to keep the windows open for many hours before solving the issue). The bathroom doesn't have a window nor is equipped with ventilation (I assume it is legal in Spain but I'm pretty sure it isn't in Italy).
