About this apartment rental
This is a spectacular penthouse with high-quality finishes. Located in the most central area of Arrecife, it is close to the Old Town, the Charco de San Ginés, and the shopping streets.
The entire home is bathed in natural light that streams in through the doors leading to the wonderful terrace. The home is designed so you can spend just as much time indoors, enjoying the tasteful decor, as you can outdoors, soaking up the wonderful Canary Islands sun. Renovations were completed in February 2018. New!
The living room and the two master bedrooms open onto the outdoor terrace, which is undoubtedly the highlight of the home. The living room features a 55-inch Samsung TV with 4K resolution and SmartTV capabilities. There’s a satellite decoder with free-to-air channels from various European countries (English, German, Belgian, French, etc.). There are also Spanish DTT channels, some of which broadcast content in English—you can select the language on the TV. The TV is connected to the internet and has access to apps such as YouTube and Netflix.
Just got back from an outing and can’t wait to share your photos with friends? No problem—there’s free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. It features a refrigerator with a freezer, a three-burner induction cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. There are also small appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc. The kitchen has everything you need, including quality cookware and tableware.
What do we provide? We don’t want you to arrive with a heavy suitcase or have to buy basic items on your first day. That’s why we always provide the basics: toilet paper, paper towels, water, beer, some fresh fruit, salt, pepper, tea, other spices, olive oil, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and fabric softener. In addition, you’ll have white bath towels, white hand towels, beach towels, and clean bedding. Clean bedding and towels are provided weekly upon request at no additional cost.
Where can I park? Parking is available in the same building for those arriving by rental car. Actually, you don’t need a car to get around Arrecife, since all the points of interest are within a 5-minute walk.
There’s a wide promenade along the sea that runs continuously from the Arrecife coastline all the way to Puerto del Carmen. It’s perfect for those who love to take walks. To explore the rest of the island, you can book tours or rent a car for specific days.
I enjoy meeting travelers to welcome them and show them around. After that, I’m available 24 hours a day in case they need anything. I like to make my guests feel right at home.
The apartment’s location allows you to walk everywhere. The Charco de San Gines and its church are a two-minute walk away. You can also walk to El Reducto Beach along the boardwalk.
There’s a taxi stand on the same street.
If you’re coming with a rental car, please mention it when booking, and I’ll give you instructions for parking in our parking lot.

It was our second time staying at this lovely apartment. We enjoyed the last time so much we decided to return. It is clean, spacious, well furnished and conveniently located close to both the beach and local shops. It is also quiet at night and well ventilated thanks to fans in the adult bedrooms and a fan and air-conditioning unit in the sitting room. Our host, Jorge was very responsive to any questions or requests we had during our stay. My only suggestion would be to get a standing fan for the children's room as it gets quite hot in there and they didn't want to open the windows for fear of mosquitoes! This didn't bother our stay though and we would happily stay there again and recommend others to stay there. A wonderful apartment in a great location!

Very luxurious apartment with everything you would need. Centrally located. More instructions for the hob and TV would be useful, though. We would stay here again.

Lovely apartment all you need for a comfortable stay. We had a week here, very near to sea and shops. Beds very comfortable. My only disappointment was the lack of sunshine on the excellent balcony, we stayed in late November but no sun after 11am so for me who likes to read in sun and relax was an issue. Otherwise really good.

My wife and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Arrecife, based in Jorge's terrific apartment 4C. The apartment is spacious, is excellently furnished, has modern appliances and every facility you could wish for, and then some you never thought of!
Jorge is an excellent host, very responsive to the couple of queries we had - otherwise we are left alone to enjoy our holiday in peace!
The location is excellent - in the centre of the town just two minutes from the main shopping streets which has a superb supermarket (Hyper Dino) and from El Charco - "the puddle" - home to a dozen or so excellent restaurants. The apartment's beautiful terrace had sunshine in the mornings, up to around 1pm (October), after which we frequently walked the 15 minutes to El Reducto beach for the afternoon, where two sunbeds and an umbrella coat a very reasonable 8EUR to rent for the day. A little further on past the beach is the bus station, where high quality buses can be boarded for a very small price to take you to the other resorts on the island, playa Blanca, Costa Teguise and Puerto del Carmen.
The town has a great choice of local-run businesses - bars, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlours. There are no chain restaurants here - all local and great quality and good value.
Past El Charco is the new marina, which hosts another array of bars and restaurants, as well as a top class gym which holds a wide choice of group exercise classes, if that's your thing, including Les Mills classes.
I can't praise the apartment highly enough, nor Jorge's hospitality. We will be back!
