A fabulous property in a great location and it’s even better than the photo’s depict. 2 good sized bedrooms and bathrooms and the lounge/kitchen/diner is larger than expected. Great view onto El Charco San Ginés from the windows.

J'ai tout aimé ! La localisation avec vue sur Charco San Gines, la décoration - appartement 2 chambres totalement refait avec super literie, les utilités : cuisine équipée (presse agrumes théière etc), lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, A/C et brasseurs plafond, 2 douches. Proche gare routière et outlet mall pour supermarché (12mn à pieds). Les agents en charge de l'appartement très réactifs et sympa via WhatsApp. Superbe.
A savoir: un peu bruyant du fait des 2 commerces en dessous (heladeria et le resto) quand ils mettent et enlèvent le mobilier (23h30 à 1h30). Une notice pour utiliser les 2 telecommandes tv serait un plus, pas pu changer la langue des films en vo et j'ai tout tenté 🤣 Peut être des rideaux en plus pour le soir dans le salon sinon avec la lumière allumée on peut être vu de dehors. Rien de gênant !
