The location and that VIEW!! They had put some food, snacks and drinks on the counter in the kitchen which was a nice surprise. The apartment is spacious. The tap water is filtered and drinkable. Close to shops and lots of restaurants. The washing machine came in handy.

The noise from the bar downstairs. In the evening it didn't bother us but in the early morning moving tables and chairs over the floor made me wake up at 7 almost every morning. Except for Tuesday as it was closed. The couch in the living room was horrible to sit on. The double bed was too narrow for two adults. The kitchen is fine but lacks sufficient pans to cook (hurray for all the restaurants downstairs!) and glassware. But with all the downs would we stay here again?! Yes!!

Casa Jolatero es, sin duda, un lugar maravilloso para alojarse. Su ubicación es simplemente perfecta, especialmente para disfrutar del Charco de San Ginés, un rincón precioso que le da un encanto único a la estancia. Además, tienes todo a mano: cine, tiendas y todo lo necesario muy cerca, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más cómoda y agradable. La casa no puede estar mejor equipada, no le falta absolutamente ningún detalle. Cuenta con unas hamacas ideales para relajarse y una terracita increíble, perfecta para comer, desconectar o compartir momentos especiales con familia y amigos. Las habitaciones son súper cómodas, acogedoras y destacan por su limpieza impecable. El baño es fantástico, con todo lo indispensable y en perfecto estado. La cocina es otro de los puntos fuertes: amplia, bonita y totalmente equipada, ideal incluso para cocinar varias personas a la vez sin problema. El salón es muy espacioso, perfecto para reunirse todos juntos y disfrutar del tiempo en compañía. Y, sin duda, uno de los aspectos que más me ha gustado ha sido la entrada de la vivienda y su zona estilo chill out, un espacio increíble para pasar la noche, jugar a las cartas o simplemente disfrutar de un buen rato con amigos o familia. En definitiva, Casa Otero es un sitio espectacular, acogedor y pensado para disfrutar al máximo. Totalmente recomendable.

Fantastic location and a balcony with a brilliant view and great choices of authentic Spanish restaurants nearby. But obviously as there are restaurants and bars right below the apartment the noise for some people might not suit them.

It was not possible to stand under the shower without holding the shower head with one hand, so, the attachment which holds the shower head should be changed to facilitate this. Also, there was only two of us staying in the apartment and the water was tepid by the time it was the second person's turn.

Only had 1 set of linen and towels for the 10 days of our stay absolutely no where to hang your clothes in second bedroom but the position of the apartment was great.
