Віднощення господарів до того чим вони займаються дуже відповідальне. Квартира чиста, рушники та шампуні в наявності, на кухні є все необхідне якщо захочеться щось приготувати самостійно (кастрюлі, тарілки і т.д.) навіть такі дрібниці як чай, цукор, сіль і т.д. Я особисто каву не п`ю але для кавоманів є маленька кавомашина та дві капсули це дуже чудово. Є можливість залишити автомобіль на території ЖК.

Локація — просто супер. Майже в центрі, але водночас – тихо та комфортно. Кілька хвилин пішки — і ви вже в серці міста, з усіма кав’ярнями, магазинами, старовинними вуличками на відстані. І це дуже зручно, коли подорожуєш з сім’єю: не треба витрачати час на дорогу, все поруч. Апартаменти самі по собі — чисті, світлі, комфортні. Є все, що потрібно: кухня, пральна машина, балкон, кондиціонер та безкоштовний Wi-Fi.  Коли повертаєшся ввечері після прогулянки — хочеться просто розслабитись і насолоджуватись затишком.
