Sama lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra, kilkaset metrów od ścislego centrum miasta. Budynek wielopietrowy z windą z widokiem na jedną z głównych ulic. Gospodarz bardzo miły i uczynny. Super na pomieszkanie w Stanislawowie. I cena naprawdę normalna.
Dla mnie problemem było trochę słabe wyposażenie w kuchni. I trzeba się pomęczyć, żeby znaleźć miejsce do parkowania darmowego. Chociaż są miejsca parkowania płatne w parkomacie przy ulicy pod domem.
