Місцерозташування, новий будинок, чистота, гостинність господаря, тихе місце. В апартаментах кількість точок освітлення багато, все працювало.

Менше 10 хв пішки до вокзалу. Чиста, нова, простора квартира. Зручні ліжка. Верхній поверх новобудови, є ліфт.
З посуду для приготування їжі тільки одна каструля і не дуже якісна пательня. Раптом будете родиною, то з приготуванням їжі будуть проблеми.
