different, on four levels. lots of options, good range of kitchen equipment and great welcome pack. nice and warm and an open wood fire. a short walk to the slopes, grocery shop and bar. perfect for a mixed group of family and friends

not much, only a few very minor niggles

Absolutely perfect communication with Celine. She even let us in before the check-in (the chalet was already cleaned). She stopped by later to explain all what's needed in the chalet. Professional service!

Celine was very good at trying to solve the situations; however not everything was her responsabiity. The chalet is well located but it is only Ski-in/out if there is snow in town, so maybe you should place a note at the property description, cause it was only until at the 3rd day that we were able to ski out of it. Great mountain view.

Unfortunately we were caught on a huge traffic to cross the border and we had a 4 hrs delay. Picking up the key was ok as the office was still opened but going thru a little chaos because of the same situiation with many other customers, I believe. After unloading the luggage for 9 peolple and started distribuiting the rooms, we realized that the stairs of the chalet are VERY steep so it was difficult to climb with the bags. After the long trip, as humans, we needed to use the restrooms, and so we did, just to find out that there was NOT a single roll of toilet paper in the whole chalet (4 bathrooms), I mean zero, NOT even a half roll as a courtesy or napkins or tissues, NOTHING...that was pretty NASTY. Good think that the supermarket was still opened and we were able to buy. The cleaning rules and possible fees are very tough for the customers; however, the cleanliness of the chalet was very poor. There was dirt in certain areas and trash in one restroom (sent a picture to Celine, so the next day somebody went to pick it up along with a broken bed table); so it looks that the supervision after a guest checks out and the place gets "cleaned" is not good. It is not the admins or owners fault, but people would be screaming on the street until 4:00 in the morning, so it was very anoyning traying to sleep and rest in the ground floor front bedroom. The WORST thing that the chalet has is a black water (sewage) odor at both ground floor showers that will spread to both rooms...VERY DISGUSTING! We tried to get rid of it by pouring detergent and covering the drains with towels, but it was not enough. Last but not least, there were only 8 towels by the time we arrived (The place is suppossed to be for 11 people), so one towel had to be shared. I told Celine and she replied she'd sent more in the morning, but never got them ultil I requested new towels for everyone on the 4th day.
