Air con in main bedroom did not work and was not fixed during stay

Beautiful location. All the rooms were very comfortable. Perfect size for 8 people.
The bins were not emptied prior to our stay which made it hard for a group of 8 people for 4 nights. There were also issues with the a few locks on the doors so we were unable to lock up the house if we all went out.
