Amazing location, only a few minute walk from the beach. It was a clean and beautiful little cosy place, exactly what we were after. Had every you needed to make the stay enjoyable, including a good range of cooking utensils for quiet nights at home. It even had paddle boards, kayaks and kids sporting equipment in the garage.

For such a beautiful place, it is a shame that I have some negatives to say. The beds were some of the worst I have stayed in, and I do a lot of travelling personally and professionally. The main bed mattresses were old with one being rock hard and the other being so well used, you could feel the indents of where others have laid. The bed with the indents, had an old metal frame that did nothing but squeak with every small movement made, making it impossible to get an uninterrupted sleep. The bunk bed was reasonable, but the double mattress on the bottom, didnt quite fit the frame and instead, had multiple pillows "plugging" the gap. Made it hard with a toddler in the bed to not have pillows moved and them ending up beside the mattress. Other small things that could be fixed up is the weather worn trampoline in the back yard, and an old microwave that is underpowered and a bit aged. While it is very much a luxury to have a trampoline for kids at a house, the safety cover over the springs (directly where the entrance is) were warn away and looked age. Overall, potentially things that are a bigger deal to me than others. I would be nice to see though, a little more invested back into the property (especially to the beds which are a make or break in accommodation). This would of had me score this place near perfect score.
