Nous avons apprécié l'engagement de Yacine et sa disponibilité malgré la charge du travail.
Merouane aussi était très serviable et souriant.
Le buffet et tous le personnel du matin que nous avons croisé.
Un établissement qui constitue un attout pour la ville de Béni Mellal.
L'établissement manque d'une touche qui est l'entretien du matériel. J'espère que les responsables vont s'y mettre.

The room was pretty, the staff was really friendly, the food was good and the views are amazing!
It was really cold! It was winter, so some sort of small heating would have made a huge difference.. even with a lot of blankets, it was a bit too cold to get in a deep sleep and it was so hard to get in and out of the shower!

The view and the effort from the staff to be nice, the bed was also large.
People talking outside our room till 1:30 am
