The view is stunning! The property is well kept and full of olive trees. There’s a barbecue area, a well let garden and plenty of parking space.
The communication was efficient and Fabio did a great job on going through every detail and making sure we were good.
I was worried with the spiral stair case, but at the end of the day, I felt that the stair case was safe and did not bother me at all.
The house is fully stocked with all you meed to enjoy the beautiful and peaceful surroundings. I would love to come back on day.

We loved the view from the balcony - especially for sunset. The property is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for home cooking. The gardens are beautiful. The lounge, tv, wifi is all working well and super comfortable.
The bed was not so comfortable. Everything else was great.

The house is lovely and the view from the terrasse is wonderful. A magic place to be for breakfast and dinner. The kitchen is well equipped and on very hot days we appreciated having air conditioning. Loved the bowling run and being in the trees. Perfect place to go on day trips to Assisi, Perugia etc Location is brilliant if you want to run & hike along the lake or up in the hills and cycling (mountain bikes) we recommend a visit to the Poggio Santa Maria (wine cellars): their olive oil is perfect and their wines are beautiful
Drought means that lake is slowly but surely disappearing and only swim really is on the leisure canter at bottom of the road. Easily accessed on foot though. The drive to property from gate is very steep so make sure you have a good car, small engine did struggle a bit.

Maison très agréable aux vastes salon, salle à manger et terrasse, présentant en outre une vue magnifique sur le lac Trasimeno. Les chambres sont grandes et agréables. La cuisine est très bien équipée. Le terrain en terrasses est immense et superbement entretenu, arboré et fleuri.
San Feliciano est bien situé: nous avons pu rayonner vers Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Cita della Pieve, Cortona etc. sans faire trop de route.
Le seul bémol consiste en une plomberie et des sanitaires un peu vieillissants, qui doivent dater des années 1970.
