Lovely place. Clean. Right on the beach.

The staff were mostly young boys more interested in their phones than helping. They had a restaurant but never offered us menus. Not the friendly helpful service we have had everywhere else in Sri Lanka.

Objectively good view from shared balcony/walkway. Location right by the beach.

For the price go elsewhere and get a proper view or find a nicer room without a view for the price. Unable to enjoy the view and basic room. Balcony not private - this meant I had to keep the curtains shut for privacy most of the time and couldn’t enjoy the view. There were people outside my window sitting and drying clothes etc. Had difficulty finding staff when needed. No WiFi in room - couldn’t not contact staff when couldn’t find anyone on site. Not much customer service - the place was unmanned most of the time I was around.

It’s located near the beach. The bed is comfortable. The room is new and clean.

Not value for money. Payment is only in cash, no receipt is given. Zero information in the room on wifi and check out time. No shower gel nor shampoo. The water bottles in the room were already open. Room had low privacy without a curtain, only black out curtains, so if you didn’t want to be seen in your room by people passing on the balcony or staff sweeping you had to darkern your view, so not much joy in having a room with a sea view. They provided kettle and mugs but no tea bags. Room had minimal furniture, just a desk, a chair and a coat hanger. Room lock is a padlock.
