Nice ppl Clean hotel

The staffs are all good and helpful. Hotel generally clean. Air-conditioning is good. You have kettle to make tea in room. Glass and mugs are good quality. Location good, just very busy area. But very close to the Delhi main train station. 15 to 20 minutes walk to the station. Lots of restaurants and shopping shops. All walking distance.

Room i had window was very small and was not possible to open. Like to have big window in room to have the natural light to come in.

The Prime Delhi was a really good stay overall. Everything felt clean and up to date, and the facilities were in good condition. The room was well prepared with all the essentials provided (toothbrush, shaving kit, shampoo, etc.), which I appreciated. The bathroom/shower experience was also very good — warm water, good shower, and no issues at all. The room is a bit small, but for a solo traveler or if you just need a comfortable, clean place to spend the night, it’s a great option.

On the downside, the location isn’t great (to be fair, it’s Delhi and you may need to set expectations depending on the area). Also, there was no complimentary water in the room when I arrived, which is something I expect at check-in. The mini fridge wasn’t working (it looked like it wasn’t plugged in). The room is on the small side, and sound insulation is weak — you can hear neighbors easily (even a TV at medium volume), so light sleepers should bring earplugs.
