    If you want a decent hotel near the station and where the touristy action is, look no further. I stayed here ten years ago and the staff is still very much helpful in many ways. The bar is open 24 hours and ideal if you need food late at night. Had some issues with the hot water and the team quickly resolved it

    Staff was courties, got early check-in before an hour. Food at there restaurant named Ice & Fire was awesome which runs 24/7. Overall a pleasant experience. Will stay next time whenever I come.

    I stayed here for 4 nights and 5days. These people are best in making their guest Chu**ya. The room I was offered had the worst Ac. The remote was set at 29 degree! Can you imagine how a person will sleep in 29 degree. I requested them to fix the Ac but they didn't. I was virtually harassed by them . I had already paid the entire amount. . They have only one motto... Make people fool and f**k them. I am sorry for my writing but I was so pissed off by them , that I had no choice but to write like them.
