    Mr. Tanveer was very helpful and friendly. We literally face 0 issues. The were quick to respond even at midnight. The other staff is also professional. The price is very good and I guess it’s the beat stay in the segment. 🫰🏼✨

    We stayed for 4 nights. There was a lot of problems, firstly the tv was not working which is a rare instance this days, secondly the room wasn't cleaned before we arrived, there was a lot of dust, also the exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working either, we told them to fix it, but they didnt do it, also the hotel offers cae trip to Agra but it costs 8 thousand rupee which we felt was overpriced. They couldn't provide us proper break. Apart from these, the room has 2 double beds which is suitable for 4 adults staying in one room. Other than that, we couldn't find much positive stuff in our experience at Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven.
