Location, warmth! Well equipped and stocked. Superb shower room, plenty of electrical sockets think ic we’d have arrived either about 3 pm or later, around 7. - important detail these days! Comfortable bed and bedding, interesting lighting.
The absolutely only thing - and not your fault - I would warn people that arriving at rush hour (4 to 6pm I’d say) especially in dark is quite a challenge. There is nowhere to pull over and unload the car, and car park was full. Parked on a nearby street aided by friendly local. All was fine eventually, but it was a slightly nerve wracking half hour, which wouldn’t have happened if we’d have arrived either at 3 pm or after about 7 . I can see it’s tricky for you to explain all that!

Netflix didn't work on the tv.
There was no toilet paper on arrival (kitchen roll).
