Great central location, easily located and parking available. Comfortable sofa and beds. Shower was great as was the hot

Liked the layout of the house and it was very well designed. Hot tub was lovely.

A lack of cups and glasses, more tea towels and toilet rolls. Small things but they are the finishing touches. Also the tv in the bedroom needs a good dusting behind as we spotted a huge cobweb, a spider did appear in the bath tub on our 1st night so maybe the culprit?

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like but it would be good to have more than 3 mugs and some glasses in the kitchen. Also more plates. Wonderful bar that!

Fantastic stay in Northumberland, highly recommend 5*

Silver cottage was in a great location in Morpeth. Very modern interior, immaculately clean on arrival. All amenities, full kitchen equipped with cooking equipment and full sized fridge freezer. Hot tub in the garden. Parking permit was in the property for use during the stay with parking available 20m away from the front door. Couldn’t fault the property during our stay, would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Northumberland!

Right next door to a pub which was very loud til 1.30am. Also couldn’t use hot tub on first day/night as it was freezing. Staff were great and told us how to heat it but as we were there for only 2 days that was a downer.

It was amazing, homely, easy to find everything and altogether an amazing stay!

The house was well designed, comfy and felt homely and we loved the hot tub!

Nothing, the only problem, there is bugs what fly in from a bush next door into the hot tub which can survive under water but that’s something you can’t help out with! We loved everything!

Only thing for us was the bedroom would of been alot better ig had black out curtains as the bedroom was so bright from sunlight early in morning white blinds don't help keeping light out so we were awake early with the light

Lovely little place, and great location.

Great location, well within touching distance of the town centre. The property had everything required to make the stay comfortable. The interior was designed to a high standard. The outdoor hot tub area was well presented, and would be great in the summer.

Only a couple of small things, the rear of the property backs onto a pub with a courtyard. And on our first night, there must have been a party and the music was very loud and didn't cease until after 12am, luckily we had no kids with us and if we did it may have been an issue. The hot tub lid was very difficult to get back on. luckily we were both able to manage together. The Hive heating wasn't working/connected and didn't get a reply until the next morning, luckily the heating was on we didn't need to adjust this any further.

Beautiful house with every amenity you could need , ideally located with shops on the door step and a pub next door ,

There wasn’t much , however, outside space could do with a good clean up as it looked a little grubby especially on the artificial grass . The back also could benefit from some kind of lighting as it was very dark out there, it would have been lovely to make use of the wonderful hot tub later at night to wind down and relax but didn’t risk it in the dark .

Well located, facilities very good and a beautifully decorated property. Excellent communication from host. No parking issues.

Second bedroom could possibly be better laid out - appreciate its small but the bedside lamp was positioned where it couldn’t actually be plugged in. Some cards/leaflets for attractions, restaurants/taxis could possibly be included in welcome book.

40th birthday/anniversary getaway

Stunning cottage , Lovely location. Perfect for a little getaway with my partner.

Despite the communication with the staff, which was initially speedy. We sadly didn't manage to get the hot tub to a comfortable temperature. It took a lot longer to try and sort out so we were disappointed that we didn't really get the use we had hoped out of the hot tub, which was one of the features that made us choose to stay there

The property was in great condition finished to a high standard

The property next door looks over the hot tub would be better if fenced off or enclosed for privacy. Also the next door is the deer garden I visited on a week day luckily I would expect weekends would be noisy. The Wi-Fi password needs to be added to the info book it took 5 hours for someone to answer my question about the Wi-Fi
