Stayed here 4 nights while we skied at Garmisch for 3 days. Outstanding accommodation. New and modern. Great to have two bathrooms. Washing machine was great to have. Underground garage parking was ideal in the cold, snowy conditions. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen very well equipped. Friendly host (Michael). Price competitive. Location great -- 5 min drive from Hausbergbahn and 4 min walk to grocery stores. Would absolutely stay again. We booked late so were fortunate to find this place. Would imagine it's lovely in summer with the wrap-around terrace and beautiful mountain views.

Very clean, comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Few min walk to restaurants was very convenient. Smart tvs was perfect so we could stream our fav shows when it was raining. Very quiet - never heard a peep from any neighbors. Wrap around deck was great, with shade, a great view and comfortable furniture. Loved it overall and would definitely stay again. Our whole family fit on the sectional couch - we loved it.
Feather pillows seems lovely until the weight of our heads made it completely dissipate and it felt like no pillow at all. We all had the same experience and only had 1 pillow each. Definitely bring your own pillows!
Check in was confusing. We checked in after 1900 so had to pick up the keys from a lock box and then figure it out ourselves, which wasn’t easy bc we were given the wrong building # in our check in instructions. When we arrived to the address, there was a locked gate, our key wouldn’t fit, but the address on the gate matched our check-in info so we thought we had the wrong key. Had to call and wait for them to come meet us and we’re told “everyone gets the same instructions and no one has this problem”. While we waited we found an apt door on another building that had Leiblingsort on it and the key fit but still had the gate problem. Come to find out there was an unmarked drive behind the property - that was the gate/parking we couldn’t find.
There were no check out instructions. I wasn’t sure if we should leave keys and visitor tax in the home or back in the lock box where keys were picked up originally. I sent a couple texts asking but didn’t receive an answer until we were out of town. Great place just need to mark the correct gate, ensure bldg # is correct and maybe include a couple pics on check in instructions to make it easier to identify. Also, “community area” (backyard) turns out is private property and not shared space. The info sheet in the home said it was “community” but not a playground. Our kids ran through the grass and were yelled at and told to get off the private property. Just remove the photos of the yard from the ad if it can’t be used.
