Clean apartment with stunning views in a convenient location if you have a car.

Stunning views - that's what you come for in this place. Clean and pretty. Every prime location on East Cost-Azure is within of an hour of drive, which is perfect for a day trip.

Parking. For people coming from US, it is a tight spot out of a primary road. For the US tourists, keep in mind - parking is backwards into the driveway of a 70km/h road and it is tight, by US standards. So you need to backup quickly, as everybody there drives pretty fast, even though usually, at least for us, traffic was light most of the time. For Europeans living/working in cities with a car, it is very much within normal situation.

Modern very comfortable apartment with a magnificant view. Very driveable to a number of places.

Fantastic view in this very modern, comfortable apartment. The apartment has everything you need and the facilities were great. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Only comment would be you have to drive to do anything and you have to be very careful with the access in and out but the view is worth it.

The parking is secure but the access is not the easiest but ok if you are good at driving on the windy roads.

We had everything we needed and truly enjoyed our stay. The air conditioning was a big plus, and the kitchen had everything for cooking. The view is absolutely stunning, and the location is perfect to reach Nice, Eze, or Monaco in no time. We were simply happy! We wish we stayed longer than 2 days tho!

Perfect stay in perfect location

Very nice apartment in a marvellous location with an amazing view towards the sea and the mountains. Hosts very friendly and helpful. All was well equipped and absolutely clean. We can highly recommend to stay there and will surely come back.

A very relaxing stay in a beautiful apartment with a stunning sea view.

Vytas was a very responsive host and gave us a helpful introduction to the property.

It was tricky to get into the property without the gates open, having to pull off onto a narrow verge off a busy road to reverse into the carpark when the gate was opened by the host.

Excellent host, comfortable couple of days.

Views were excellent, plenty of space for 2 people. Property was exceptionally clean.

The private parking took a little to get used to as you have to reverse onto the drive from a busy main road. I am sure you get used to this after time but it was a little nerve wracking when driving an unfamiliar car and driving on the opposite side of the road to what you are used to.

Excellent location between Nice and Monaco with fabulous views. Our host was fantastic and catered for our every need. Apartment was in excellent condition,spacious with great views. I was also able to charge my car.
