Der Blick aus dem Apartment ist super schön. Man sieht Palmen, das Meer und den Sonnenuntergang
Es ist sehr laut dort. Viel Verkehr. Unter dem Apartment, das im 2. Stock liegt, befinden sich 3 Gaststätten, davon eine direkt unter dem Apartment. In einer der Gaststätten sind viele englische Gäste, die Fussball schauen und oft laut jubeln. Direkt vor dem Apartment sind Glastonnen und Abfalltonnen aller Art, die nachts mit viel Krach geleert werden. Tagsüber werden die Glastonnen ständig gefüllt und abends von den vielen umliegenden Gaststätten, die massenweise Flaschen dort entsorgen. Im Haus sind ca. 90 - 100 Apartments, die mit Laubengängen verbunden sind. Der Lärm, den die anderen Gäste beim nächtlichen Heimkommen machen, schallt in alle Schlafzimmer, die größtenteils nach hinten liegen.
